HybeFlex combines a user-friendly design, simple setup and range of collaborative features to provide the optimal remote teaching experience. Free from the burden of learning to use complex technology, instructors can give each lesson their dedicated attention.

A Virtual Classroom at your fingertips

Easily control the real-time classroom experience of remote participants with the use of a special device, tablet or smartphone.

  • Select the main feed displayed to all remote participants at any time during a lesson. Students have the option to override this feed to view a feed of their choice.
  • Change all participant rights or individual participant rights during a class (e.g. whiteboard interaction, mic interaction, desktop sharing etc.)
  • Launch breakaway sessions of any size and enter any session at any time.
  • Launch online quizzes/ polls. In-classroom students can participate in these polls/quizzes using any device.
  • Admit or expel remote students from the lesson.
  • Pause recording when the class goes on a break.
  • Stop recording when the class is over.
  • Upload all offline content to the cloud for access by students.
  • Assist remote students with technical issues via screen sharing/ desktop sharing.

  • Our video wall technology allows instructors to assess each student’s body language and level of engagement in real-time.
  • Instructors can respond to remote participant questions directly via their microphone or via the online ask questions function.
  • Instructors can launch polls to quickly assess the overall understanding of a topic.

Customise your teaching space

Each classroom can be configured to suit your specific needs/ class size. Once configured, your remote participant layout, and audio and camera setups will load automatically.

    • Decide how many monitors you want.
    • Decide how many remote participants you would like to see per monitor as well as how large you would like each remote participant to appear.
    • Decide how many cameras and microphones you need.
    • Setup all user rights (whiteboard interaction/ mic interaction/ desktop sharing etc.)
    • Decide what remote participants will see when the class is offline or if there is a feed interruption.
    • Decide what needs to be recorded and where these recordings should be automatically placed on LMS.
